We offer a wide variety of training options to fit your needs. All our pet obedience programs provide you with reliable obedience, WITHOUT A LEASH, even around the distractions of real life. And, we resolve those annoying problem behaviors you may be encountering such as housetraining, jumping, digging, bolting through doors, play biting, pulling on the leash, chewing, etc.

Private In-Home Dog Training:
Private, one on one pet dog training with the trainer at your location or our’s. Your dog receives our undivided attention. This four week program offers the convenience of scheduling your dog’s training sessions in a private one-on-one setting that suits your schedule. In the Private Training Program your dog will learn to come when called, sit, down, heel, place, stay, wait, leave it, loose leash walking and we will resolve those annoying problem behaviors. In addition, after the four private sessions are completed, you and your dog are welcome to attend additional group sessions. There is no limit to the number of sessions you may attend. This program also includes free use of The Dawg Trainer Confidence Course, an obstacle course designed with you and your dog in mind as well as The Dawg Trainer Open Field Socialization Class. Check the calendar for times. The Private Training Program is covered by The Dawg Trainer’s “Whatever It Takes for the Life of Your Dog Guarantee”.

This is a unique pet obedience program which combines private instruction to immediately resolve problem behaviors with group sessions to give you an opportunity to work with your dog in situations that include real world distractions. In the Combination Program your dog will learn to come when called, sit, down, heel, place, stay. wait, leave it and we will resolve those annoying problem behaviors. After the initial private session, group sessions are offered at our location on Saturday mornings. Once enrolled, you and your dog progress at your own pace. You choose which sessions to attend, and you decide when your dog has completed the program. There is no limit to the number of sessions you may attend.

7 Day Training Camp:
Dog camp for pet dog training. Your pet spends 7 days at our facility. Do you have a good dog? Maybe he jumps up on people occasionally when he is excited or he looks the other way when you call him. Perhaps he pulls on the leash a bit when you walk him but over all, he is a good dog. Would you like to have even those little problems go away? If so, this is the program for you. During your dog’s 7 day stay here at The Dawg Trainer, he will learn to walk on a loose leash at your side, sit when you stop walking as well as sitting politely on command. PLUS come when called – even off leash! Guaranteed! You will be welcome to group class after finishing this program to teach your dog to down, stay, place and wait for Free!

The Training Camp works well for owners whose schedules allow for very limited attendance in group sessions or private training and for owners who are physically limited in working with their dog. Owners will be required to attend follow-up lessons to learn what their newly-trained dog knows and how to make it to happen.
